Is that large? Or extra large?

Hard to tell the size from the pic but according to this:

that is a jumbo egg.

Well, it is way larger than Jumbo. Jumbo is 70.9grams = 2.5oz. This one is 82grams = 2.9oz. Single yolk. I don't know if all Leghorns are like that but these always lay humongous eggs. Unfortunately we cannot get them fertile to pass on the 'large eggs' gene.

Do you have white leghorns or brown leghorns?
How old are they?

White, they are now almost 4 years old. But never been able to produce fertile eggs and we didn't bother with another rooster.

What is that in inches? I'm having a hard time reading the scale. Is the scale measuring weight or length? I'm really confused.

That is a digital caliper which reads length. It says 63.8 mm which is 2.51 inches.
