Leghorn gender?

My leghorns have always been more skittish than other breeds.
The few roosters we tried to keep were aggressive with us. And we have raised both the WL and the BL.

So far he’s super friendly and docile. Of course once those hormones kick in…I don’t ask much from my roosters. Be good to the hens, and don’t attack me. Here’s hoping
