You can contact the seller to see if they will ship to the USA. Probably for an additional cost. If you don’t speak German, though, I’m not sure that the Bund Deutscher Rassegeflügelzüchter (BDRG) has official English translations of their standards. You may be able to find breeders who have English translations. I don’t believe the APA SOP is the same as the German, but I may be wrong on that.

You could always chance the accuracy of the information and ask AI what the differences are.
