Leghorn hen sickly

Our 5 year old leghorn hen had just a yolk come out yesterday, now she is lackadaisical. She drinks water. Poops are white. But since yesterday she is dripping out whitish/clear stuff. She holds her fluff open and us not her usual self. We are pretty sure she laid a fully formed egg the other day. Help?
