Leghorn in trouble this morning...help?

10 mo old leghorn, laying down & didn't come out of the coop this morning. Not interested in eating, no signs of illness other than her waddles and comb are pale instead of her usual bright red. Didn't lay yesterday, but she is known to skip a day now and then. It is very hot here, temps will no doubt reach 110 today so getting her up and drinking asap is crucial. Any suggestions on helping this bird.

I'm dealing with the same thing and haven't found any advice on what to do other than separated the chicken and try to get water in her. I hope someone has some more info/help!

Me too I am dealing with similar issues this heat is something else/ I think I am going to try and freeze water in empty two liter bottles like we used to do for rabbits int he summer and just put the whole bottle in buckets for water to help cool it down maybe that will help a little when they get a drink it can be nice and cool will see what happens.
