leghorn question?

are female white leghorns dominant white?
if i breed an RIR male to a White Leghorn female. What will be the outcome?

Males and females will be white. Females may have some buff color on the breast/head/hackles. Males will be white and will show variable amounts of red in the pyle zone. Males will not show buff/red until they grow in the adult feathers.

white leghorns are dominant white ER(Birchen) and dominant sex linked silver(S) , RIR are wheaten at the E locus and recessive sex linked gold(s+)

if you make this cross(RIR Roo) x white leghorn all of the chicks will have white downs, some may have black flecks on the down, while dominant white is dominant, is not completely dominant meaning that only one copy of the gene can produce leaky whites(leaking ground color and black/blue color) you should expect your birds to be mostly white but with lots of color leaking on the pyle sones and on the breast..
