EE's usually have PEA combs. He has what looks like a mix between a single comb (Leghorn) and a pea comb (EE). It's very common for EE's to have really "deformed" combs because they are a mix of different breeds which means they have a variety of mixed combs.

they can look like anything have any type of comb, and any color of legs. the norm for an ee is pea combs, a bread, and green legs. they can also lay any color of egg.

He is unique and pretty. I think a leghorn and EE or ameraucana cross is pretty close. I would get some leghorn hens and some Ameraucana hens to breed him with and see what you get.
