Question 1: Any suggesions on what mighy be causing these scab like marks on this girl? Her nostril is also aweful dirty. Not really seeing this on any of the other 10 hens. They have been sneezing off and on since june randomly not alot. Wondering of i have venting issues or mites or if its something more serious?

Question 2:They have not been able to get out to dust bath so im thinking i need to add something in their run so they can this winter? Any suggestions on what type on material ?

The one in the first picture has scaly leg mites. That can be treated by applying an oil such as vaseline at least twice weekly for about 6-8 weeks to smother the leg mites until new scales come on. A dust bathing spot is always helpful to keep parasites down, and to keep their feathers healthy. Poor overhead ventilation is necessary inside the coop to remove humid air and prevent frost bite and ammonia odors. Do the same ones sneeze all the time? Sneezing can be from dust and poor ventilation, but maybe a respiratory disease if they sneeze constantly. If you see that it could be infectious bronchitis virus. MG causes eye bubbles/foam, swollen eyelids or face, and respiratory symptoms. Here is an article on scaly leg mites:

Scab like marks are scabs. Likely from another bird picking at her comb.

I agree, she does have SLM, treat as suggested in the previous post.

Does the run have loose dirt?
You can always try to shovel up some dirt to loosen it for dust bathing. If that's not possible, give them a large tub with peat moss and sand.
