I wish I had taken a picture of them as small chicks. Not a Buckeye.

When does the white earlobe show up? I looked at some pictures of young Leghorns like mine but couldn't really see the white earlobes. I'll just have to wait and see what color eggs she lays. I really don't have room for another breed.

It looks like a dark brown leghorn.... I don't remember when the ear shows up....

Huh...I don't pay attention.

I will get a photo of my young pullet. Right now, and an old hen... Maybe, the hens hate posing for me.

Here is a young pullet, dark brown.

Ok... Maybe this one of old hens isnt too bad.

4 or 5 year old single comb white leghorn with a giant white ear.

The black back front left is a Black Ameraucana, the hen with her head and neck stretched nice and tall looking right is a single comb dark brown. Her white ears are clear, but not super large. She is about 1.5 years old.

The whites in the back are a rose comb white and a single comb white leghorn. The single comb is 4 years old, maybe 5, she has big white ears. The rose comb white is a bit younger.

There are some Dominiques in this photo too.

The ducks are Muscovy.

Looks more like mine, so it looks like I do have some Dark Brown Leghorns. Thanks...

her is my sweet Timber baby that passed of unknown causes she was a brown leghorn


and Little man a predator got in there pen and killed him and little Red a RIR and Dawn a brown leghorn
