Leghorn wiping irritated eye and shutting it

Hi. My 6 month old leghorn is showing some irritation in her right eye. I noticed her wiping it in herself (you can see it on her feathers in the pics) and she keeps closing her eyes. There isn’t anything like visibly in there and maybe it’s a little lightly crusty. She’s also shaking her head. She also has those spots on her right wattle. I’m going to separate her from the flock today but I dont know what else to do. It seems like it could be upper respiratory but I’m not sure what treatment is recommended. Thank you!

No lumps. No worms. It’s not cloudy. Looks healthy to be honest but she keeps messing with it.

Nope. They all look fine. She’s the only one doing it. She keeps rubbing it on her back and then scratching with her foot.
