Leghorn with bubbly earlobes

My 2 year old leghorn rooster started developing these lumps about a year a go. It started with one and gradually got more and more. No other birds have been affected in the flock. I’ve seen it in leghorn roosters before but not sure what it is and if you can get rid of it?

Looks pretty nasty. Looks like something is on his comb too. I think I remember reading that stuff on the comb is causes by some chicken virus that will eventual go away. But I'm not a vet so, you might want that rooster to go see one.
 
Hi, the bumps on earlobes I thought might be a sign that something else might be going on internally.
