Not as hard as you think, my last Cornish X lived 2 1/2 years and was a great layer. She was healthy but she got attacked. The one I have now is 6 months.It would take a lot of time and money....
Yes if they want to do that then I agree, but some people get super attached and want to keep them because they love them. I was just trying to give them some hope.Yeah, maybe....
But this persons best bet is to send those to freezer camp and get some laying hens.

I get that, that’s why I would explain how to care for them and what’s involved if they wanted to try to keep them. They definitely take way more care than normal chickens.I understand that.
But you also can't make it seem likes it's as easy as raising regular chickens...
