Leghorn's molt is taking forever, why?

I see that Ridgeway Hatchery in Ohio advertises Araucanian chicks for sale. Does anyone know if they really are Araucanas, or could they be Easter Eggers?

In a mixed flock it is recommended 10-12 females per male. I have the room do I upped to 23 hens and everyone was much happier with my 2 roos. Then I caught 2 egg eaters. Even dropping to 21 hens I'm noticing bald elbows. So 15 to 4 defiantly isn't doing anyone favors.
