I wonder if she used the leggos as a mold, or made her own mold from leggos pressed into something.

seems like making your own mold would be easier than trying to pour every little leggo full of soap (then trying to get them out

)

Probably used that silicone mold maker stuff - it's flexible, so would be easy to pop the soaps out of.

What a clever idea, though??? I don't make soap (yeT!!!) But I figured someone could brainstorm how to do this (for a lot less $$)

They probably made themselves a silicone mold using real legos for the shppaes..very cute! You can buy the liquid silicone to make soap mold with off ebay, a bit pricey but you can probably make several than use the melt and pour glycerin (Michaels) and some pastel food colors in the soaps.

I almost bought this... at the lego store in seattle.. while I was on vacation.. they have a sillicone mold to freeze lego ice cubes.. they are about an inch and a half to two inches long..

I should have got it..

I only know this because my 8 year old son is a LEGO fanatic...

That is exactly what they used!!! I have gathered quite alot of those silicone baking pans and use them nearly exclusively to make my melt and pour glycerin soaps in..I would have bought that one too for Christmas gift baskets with kids!! Cute!!

my mom lives next to the one lego shop and she already has a box to get me sent .. she asked this morning if I wanted her to go pick that mold up and put it in the box..

can you guess what my answer was LOL
