Lehargic, clear white runny poop pale comb went limp.

Hello everyone I hope you can help me, I have a 6 & 1/2 month Plymouth rock last night i noticed she was not herself. Today she was sitting in the yard by herself and was very lethargic pale comb and had clear whit mucus looking poop. I do not even know how to treat her or where to begin. She weights about she is of good body weight . I felt around and she does not seem egg bound. just sick. No sneezing or discharge from her nostrils. She dose not seem to have any breathing problems. I dont know where to start treating her or for what. Any help would be appricated.
