My lemon cuckoo hatch from over the weekend! Amazing all 7 shipped eggs developed these 5 are doing great I lost 2 thinking it may have been my mistake with the incubator! Can't wait to see how these little nuggets turnout!

Does anyone know how to pick out a female from a batch of straight runs in these LCOs? Last time I got two Roos. I REALLY WANT A PULLET. They are one and two weeks old.

I was able to get two pullets by looking at the feathers. If you see barring (white striping), then its most likely a cockerel. Hope this helps. Good luck!

How old do they have to be to see feathers?

I believe they were about 1-2 week old. Just look closely at the wing tips.
