length between hatches if all were simultaneously set?

Kind of a 2 part question:

Day 21 here...or 22 if you count the day you set the eggs as Day 0...

Out of 6 viable eggs, 2 were hatched this morning. The other 3 show no signs of pipping. I know some people say wait until Day 25 or even more for eggs to hatch..but if they were all set the same day, would they most likely all hatch within the same 24 hours?

Also, out of the 3 that have not pipped...1 of those eggs was visibly moving yesterday, however not seeing any movement today. Safe to assume something went wrong with that particular chick?

Given the assumption that temperatures are equal throughout the incubator, I have found that most chicks hatch within a 36 hour period.
