Leopard print chick?

I asked about this chick breed a few weeks ago. Now it is 3.5 weeks old and starting to develop what looks like a leopard print. It may still be too soon. It’s my free “exotic” unsexed chick from McMurray, so I’m kind of at a loss. Pictures are chick at one week and chick today.

Or, it could be a gold pencilled Hamburg. Those chicks look similar. The easiest difference to find is the comb-- Buttercups have a double comb that looks like a tiny cup, Hamburgs have rose combs, which would be flat on a young bird. Here is a picture, from McMurray, of gold penciled Hamburg chicks:
