Hi ,
I don't have a picture of my girl but she is approx. 7 months old, easter egger. She has been behaving and laying normally. We are in central florida and have had a lot of rain from T.S. Fay and it has rained every day since. So we have lots of mosquitos right now. This particular pullet has developed a lesion on her comb thst I first thought was just a little peck mark but it grew. She now has the larger lesion on her comb, about pea size in width this one seems to have some fluid coming from it this morning. She has a smaller on developing beside it. The lesions are black. She also has one at the base of her comb where it meets the beak. I have quarintined her in my daughters play house. I hope someone can tell me what is going on with her and how to treat. I don't want to lose her if possible.
Thank you,
Amy
