I'll start with one! Did you know that the jugular on the right side of a chicken is larger than the one on the left? These are pictures of a chick that I necropsied.
"Also found in the neck are the paired jugular veins, with the right jugular usually being much larger. Avian vets may use the right jugular vein to draw a blood sample."
