I had the chicks outside for the second time today. It actually went a heck of a lot better than last time. No one escaped. I left everyone come out on their own and when I stood up again, they all ran for the pop door. Only had to catch 4 to put back. Not bad. Here's some photos...

It's not a finished gangplank, just a board... they only use it half the time anyways

Cho sunbathing. Her all time favorite thing to do.

Lupin (formerly known as Luna) the EE roo. Wondering what he'll look like grown. I can't wait. He's by far my most friendliest chicken. Loves to sit on your lap.

Buff Orp - Sunbathing and snoozing...

They have a lot of fun outside. I can't wait until the run is finished.

Thanks Jen. I thought the photos were awful... let me upload these videos of my 3 year old and you'll see why I had an issue with my shots. LOL

They are all adorable and look like they throughly enjoy being outside.

Positive. Lupin and Godric are from Harley's Girl's EE eggs.

Ok, just making sure

Of all the EE's that I've seen so far, not one has had yellow legs like that. He's a keeper

No, I don't know how to do that. I'm just going with behavior, stance, body shape and feathering in rate. My gut says it's a roo, as well as Godric. Cho is from Deb (Justusnak) so that could be why she's feathering sooner, but I just think it's because she's a hen. The way their feathers are coming in are completely different.

Cute pics! Love the last one. When you see it you wonder if it is sleeping or dead!!
