Oh yea, the dryer got hooked up today, I don't have to walk up the hill in the dark anymore, unless I want to.

That is, until DS moves out and takes his washer and dryer with him. but, its here for a month, been here for a month!

Last night I had a craving for apple crisp, but I hate baking and I don't like recipes. I just make stuff up spontaneously. So here's what I did and it came out great!

Peeled and chopped up a few apples into large chucks and mixed them with a little melted butter. Put them in a glass baking dish.

Took Great Grains brand cereal, which has raisins, dates and pecans in it, and mixed some apple sauce and cinnamon into it, and spread that over the the apples.

Stuck it in the toaster oven on 350 until it bubbled and browned and voila!

Didn't have any ice cream, so added some plain yogurt when I ate it and it was delicious.

Might sound weird but it was very tasty and super quick and easy.

That's my lazy girls' food contribution for the evening.
