So basically it will just be a bunch of kids I don't know at the second party, but the idea is that we'll already be there. Does that make sense?

Seriously, NONE of this is my cup of tea. I'm just trying to be social. I always say no to these things, so I'm just trying to go beyond my comfort level I guess.
