Okay so I had to run up to Kroger 'cuz I had NO coffee filters. Why is it they make the reuseable kind for #1 and #4 but not for #2? That's really annoying.

Anywho, ended up getting onions and sweet tators and this and that and had $20 worth so Why Not take advantage of the 29c/lb turkey deal right? Found a little 10 pounder... have a big freezer... made sense right?

Except for the fact that the only oven I've got is a toaster oven.

Someone please explain what the heck I was thinking... I've yet to figure it out.

Happy to report our dinner was a SUCCESS!!! Everything turned out sooooo goooood! The pecan pie was awesome! I always hated pecan pie when I was a kid, and hadn't tried it or even ever cooked one before....son in law wanted one, so I did it, and it was pretty darn good! Nobody has eaten any homemade ice cream yet

Everyone is still too full!!! Harry Potter shows at 3:55. Can't wait
