Lethargic 6 year old hen with pale comb and wattles seems to be getting worse. Is it parasites?

I’m sorry.
I have the exact same thing happening and our girls are a spitting image of each other and about the same age.
I gave her a warm bath 2 night ago and she didn’t seem to hurt at all. I hate not knowing what to do. I don’t want to keep her from her friends if she’s dying but also not sure if she’s sick.
She still walks and goes up and down a ramp to the nesting box but all is very slow and she’s very weak. I could feel her bones so easily when giving her a bath yet she puffs into a balloon and looks swollen. I continue to search for what it could be and what I should do. Any insight is very much appreciated.
