You said she hasn't been laying- have you checked to see if she is eggbound? That could be causing a lot of her lethargy. There are a lot of posts that talk about what to do with an eggbound hen, you may want to check them out!

Is she too hot or too cold? Sometimes this can be the problem. Try feeding her some electrolyte/vitamin water, too.

Hello.
I was able to get her to the vet. She tells me that she has egg peritonitis. She gave her an anti-biotic and drained some fluid, but she says there is no way to get the egg out short of surgery. If she continues to get better she will give her more antibiotics, if not, she will be gone in a couple days

. I was very sad to hear it. I am just hoping she will get better, or at least no worse. Keeping her comfortable, and hopefully pain free.

There are plenty of people on here who have done surgery on their own chickens... If you can stomach that sort of thing! Look up threads for eggbound hens or egg peritonitus.
