lethargic baby chick, help!

I had a chick get sick at 3 weeks old. Runny poop, not eating or drinking, fluffed up and lathargic so I took het to the vet and he gave me Lafeber's Critical care Nutrition for birds. I syringe fed her for a week on this stuff and she perked up almost immediately. She is now the top hen in my flock and lays HUGE eggs! I now keep this food in my chicken medicine cupboard. It's expensive but worth it to me if it saves one of my birds. Unfortunately, you can only order it via a vet. Great stuff!
