lethargic chick, green poop covering her rear

Unfortunately she died last night, I couldn't find any poop with blood in it, but I ordered a bottle of baycox through my vet just in case
sorry to hear that you lost her.. but its part of it. best of luck with the others. if other symptoms show up please feel free to pm me.

I've been searching around for medicated feed, but haven't found anywhere that sells it in small amounts, we only have 2 Sussex, 2 silkies and now 2 standard laying chicks, so 50kg of food is a bit excessive

6 large fowl will go through about 50 lb a month normally when grown up. You can freeze chicken feed in ziplock bags too- but when you take it out of the freezer please know that moisture may cling to it and turn it moldy so feed it right away (only take out what you will use very quickly).

Or you can put it in a closed bucket in a cool dry place and it will keep for 3-4 months (cracked commercial feed). No longer than that for cracked feeds.

50kg is 110lb, i'm trying to convince the feed store to stock the 20kg bags, fingers crossed lol

I wouldn't even attempt to lift one, it weighs more than I do hehe but they do deliver to your house
