Lethargic chick help!

I have a chick who just lays down and is breathing heavy, wont lift her head or walk around, eyes closed. We’ve given her sugar water and kept her hydrated. Is there anything else to do?

I'm sorry your chick isn't doing well. Nutri-drench or vitamin stress pack might help but some chicks just don't come out right and don't make it. Have you checked and made sure there's no pasty butt and if her poo is not bloody? You might want to segregate her from the other chicks so she's not being picked on and in case it's an illness. I hope she gets better.
