Lethargic chick with black spot on belly

Hey - we just incubated our first hatch of chicks and one chick is very lethargic and has a black spot on her belly.

Any ideas?

Here are a couple of pics:

All of the other chicks are happy, eating, driking and chirping - this one does not seem interested in food or water.

Umbilical cord, maybe??? Do chicks have belly buttons???
