I would start calling around in the morning. You probably cannot wait for 2 more days to buy Corid. Any feed store stocks it, although it can be out of stock. It comes in liquid or powder. Corid is a brand name for amprollium. Look for the cattle medicines, since it is sold in that secrion. There is another brand called Ampromed:

It won't hurt to treat her for Coccidiosis.
Get some Corid at the feed store.

I would also treat all the chicks regardless if they are showing symptoms or not.

That's a bummer. Tractor Supply usually has Corid during the spring, especially during chick days. It's found in the Cattle section.
How warm are you keeping her - I notice you are providing some heat in your photos. That's o.k. sick chickens need to be kept a little warm - at 2 1/2months she won't need a lot of heat since she looks fairly feathered out. 70-75F may be a good place to start.

Mix up your gallon and use that to fill your waterer. Put the gallon in the fridge, shake well to mix it back up each time.

Do you think that you may need to treat all of the other pullets at the same time. How many others do you have? It is safe to treat them all.

I am treating the rest of them. I am also giving supplements to build up immune systems just in case. I don’t want to risk the rest of them. No one will go without treatment I have 26 and I only know because I do a head count every time I go up
