I have a 9 day baby chick that just is lethargic. Yesterday she was fine and today just sleeping and breathing kinda fast. I corentin her to her own cage with a heat lamp water food I don't know what to do please help.

I would start treating her for coccidiosis, since that's my first thought. Has her poop been pretty normal? Even if it has, treating for coccidiosis won't hurt. Get amprolium, usually sold under the brand name Corid. It comes in either a liquid or a powder, either is fine. You will need to add this to her water, and to the water of the other chicks as well.

Follow dosing instructions in this article:

Just in case it's not coccidiosis, can you give us a little more info like what you are feeding them, what type of bedding you're using, etc?

I'm feeding them Dumor chick starter/grower 20%. The bedding is pine shaving flakes tractor supply brand. The other 7 babys are fine. I have to use a dropper to get the baby chick to even take an water.

Brooder stuff all sounds fine. Did you also check for pasty butt? Definitely go ahead and get the Corid and treat them all. Even if the others aren't yet showing any symptoms, they could still possibly have an issue if it is coccidiosis and they aren't treated.
