Lethargic Chicken...Help

So our RIR Miss Penny is not acting very chickeny. She is standing off from the others and just acting kinda dumpy. I picked her up and to me her abdomen just felt more firm than what it should. I thought she might be egg bound, but I'm not sure. When I massaged her abdomen she started throwing up. Is that normal? I have never heard of a puking chicken. It was really smelly and kinda brown looking. I don't know what else to do for her....
