Lethargic chicken! Need Advice!

After extensive internet research we decided to do the necropsy ourself. We are pretty sure it was heart failure. It was exactly like in a picture we found. Nevertheless, we checked for other things that could have been wrong, but everything else looked perfectly fine. I am a little relieved. I will keep a close eye on the other 2, just in case.

I've done necropsies a few times and have found the cause on a couple occasions.

If results are critical, I send them off since I don't have a good microscope nor a means to do cultures.
