Lethargic chicken, pale skin, not eating or drinking. Please help!

I have a 2 year old Light Brahma female, Millie, who is lethargic and not eating. Her comb is red but her wattles and skin on her face is an abnormal light pink yellow color. She has been acting sluggish the last few days but has gotten significantly worse today. She keeps on rolling her head onto her back and looks rapidly from side to side or she closes her eyes and her head drops. We have been giving her drops of water to keep her hydrated but can't get her to eat. She seems to want to eat but pecks at the blindly into the air. Our chickens are in a 2 acre pasture that is isolated from other fowl. We have not introduced any new birds within the last year. I don't know if she is still laying eggs. We de-liced the chicken pen a few weeks back.
Please help.

Inspect her for lice/mites, also probably needs to be wormed.

Ditto the mites, if you see them treat with some Sevin dust and you'll probably need to treat the coop again, too.
