Lethargic chicken spitting up

We had a Black Ameraucana named Penguin that passed away a two weeks ago. After some research we guessed that she had cancer (lethargic, stopped eating and drinking, strange poops, didn't imrove after Espom bath, electrolyte water, etc.). Last week, a friend had a 6 year old Black Amercauna named Butch that they brought over to join our flock. Butch was very sweet (like Penguin) and didn't move around much to begin with.

As we expected, in the first few days, two of the other chickens (all breeds other than Ameraucana) pecked at her comb and wattle. As we found who we thought was attacking, we separated the attackers and put them in a cage during the day. Regardless, Butch (the new Black Ameraucana) seems to be doing worse and worse. Her comb is drooping, she barely moves and a couple of times, she seems to be spitting up or drooling liquid.

Now we're worried that Penguin (the first Amercauna) had something contagious that perhaps only affected this breed? Or perhaps Butch (the new Amercauna) is just depressed from being bullied? Or maybe she was already sick when she arrived?

Any ideas would help! Thank you!
