So one of my hens (shes about 5 years old or so) has had a poopy butt for a little while now. Over the past couple days she has become more lethargic and today I noticed that her comb has flopped over. I have some poultrydrench should I give her that? What could it be? Also she has been eating chick food for about a month now because we brought chicks into the flock.

Clean her rear end, you dont want fly strike. Then closely inspect her for lice or mites especially around her vent area and worm her with valbazen or safeguard. Feed her layer feed, not chick starter. After you worm her, give her one drop of Poultry Nutri Drench orally twice a day for no more than 5 days.
