Lethargic chicken with some slimy stools

No, but we do give scraps daily.
That is treats.
The commercially made poultry feed is a balanced.
It's formulated as a balanced diet.
Anytime you feed anything besides that balanced diet commercially made poultry feed you're taking away from the bird getting a balanced diet.

It is highly possible that your birds fill up on treats and are not getting a balanced diet which could cause them to easily get an infection.

I highly recommend stopping giving your birds daily treats of any kind.

Also her butt is a mess with the nasty poop. I want to clean it but that doesn't seem like
Can you collect some fresh poop from a couple of birds and take it to your nearest dog vet tomorrow and ask them to test it for worms?

Head tucked in, scruffy looking, lethargic, poopy butt, mucus poop...Worm her with Valbazen 1/2ml orally, repeat again in 10 days. I suspect capillary worms.
Inspect her for external parasites especially around the vent, and look for fly strike.
It would be best to worm all your birds with Valbazen. If one has worms, most likely the others have them as well.
