Lethargic Chicken with Yellow Diarrhea

Clove, the chicken in question, is barely a year old. We have several other laying hens, but I don't think she has laid an egg the past two days, which is strange and abnormal. I saw her poop yesterday and it was liquid and yellow. She has been falling asleep while standing. At first, I just thought this was a cute thing that meant she didn't get enough sleep, but now that this is the second day, I am very worried.

I've attempted to do research and I'm assuming she's either egg-bound or has some sickness. I need help! I'm not sure how to check for her being egg-bound, and I'm also unsure if that's even the problem!

I don't want to lose her to something that I can help cure!

I just checked on her and she is SKIN AND BONE. My mom got two knuckles into the anus and she cannot feel an egg. Currently soaking her in warm water and massaging the bum.

Can you post any pictures of her droppings? Yellow droppings can sometimes be an indication of internal laying or egg yolk peritonitis, or E.coli infection. Even hens her age can suffer from reproductive disorders, but coccidiosis or enteritis may also be a problem.You may want to see if your local vet will do a fecal test for worms and cocci, if you bring in some fresh droppings. Weight loss means she is very ill. I would try to get her eating some chopped egg or canned tuna, and mix a lot of water in a small bowl of her usual feed. Here is some reading:

She hasn't pooped since I have isolated her (since about 9 AM this morning). I figured it was egg yolk peritonitis from (https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/526089/egg-yolk-peritonitis) that thread, and I bought some antibiotics to give to her since multiple people said that helped cure it. I'm having to give her the medicated water through a syringe (about 10 mL at a time. She's had 2 syringe-fulls today. I'm going to shoot for 3 per day, but will definitely take advice on how much to give her).

My only concern now is getting her to eat. I made mash consisting of her normal crumbles, milk, yogurt, applesauce, and even squirted the liquid from a vitamin E pill in it. She has little to absolutely NO interest in it. What can I do to get her to eat or is there something I should just force-feed to her?

Thank you so much for the advice. I had originally thought she was egg-bound then assumed E. coli before settling on egg yolk peritonitis. I'm hoping she can make it through this. This is only the third day she has been sick.

I've also tried to feed her tuna. She's not interested in it at all.
