Lethargic chicken Wrinkled Egg

Sometime maybe last week, could have been longer than that, we had one of the ISA browns lay a wrinkled Egg. Fast forward to this past Friday and I noticed one of the ISA browns very sluggish, swaggering, and lethargic. Her feathers seem easy to fall out, her comb is off in color.
I'm guessing infection. What should we do?
