lethargic chicken

hi, i have one of my chickens has been lethargic for 2/3 days , and seemed so weak this morning it wouldn't come out of the coop.
I have taken it out of the coop and put it in a box with its own straw.
later it has stood up and started eating but looks very weak.

any ideas ??

Agreed: post in the Emergencies section, although first guesses are parasites (mites, lice, worms) or coccidiosis.

looking like mites, currently trying to eradicate butt thanks
