Our two year old chicken survived a fox attack at the end of May. She was doing great up until 3 days ago when I noticed she was hanging back in the coop when we let the chickens out for the day. She is not hanging out with her chicken friends. She does eat and drink but not like she usually does. She has not laid an egg for 3 days and is pumping her behind a bit. She also has runny, milky droppings - which are pretty small. Not sure if she is egg bound but you can't feel an egg. Could it be worms?

Swellen, drooping abdomen probably means Egg yolk peritonitis.
EYP is often followed by internal laying, so you'd better find out what really happen to her and do something ASAP
There are many resources about EYP in this forum, maybe you can do some search on it.
Good luck!

It's also possible that she has ascites, which is also called Water belly. It's essentially when a hen's abdomen fills with fluid. Here is a useful thread I found dealing with it.
