Lethargic duckling

I'm a freak so I'd probably start weighing her on a food scale to make sure she is actually making significant daily gains. A deficiency in niacin can cause stunted growth and unsteadiness to the feet, so you may try supplementing niacin for a few days and see if there is any improvement. Post a picture next time she poops.

Here is some more info regarding niacin deficiency in waterfowl,

Thanks everyone!
I got some grit stuff from the pet store, did some short gentle massage and cuddles throughout the day... And now it's eating, drinking, running, and preening again! Even chirping like mad!

Still looks a little bloated in the crop area. But better than before!
That's him with the spot on it's head.

Hatching
I purchased a pekin duckling from TSC. Since the day I brought her home she has had watery/runny eyes and a wheeze. She was 5 days old when I purchased her now she is 4 weeks and is still expediting the same symptoms but since yesterday she has had diarrhea, which is either brown and runny or clear and watery, and today was lethargic and not herself. She has been eating and drinking like normal and was acting normal until today. The climate here has been hot and humid (south central PA area). To add more info. She was the smallest duckling at the store even though they claimed she was the same age and I also started giving her probiotics and electrolytes in her water today, plus my other duckling is not experiencing any of the symptoms and she's 5 days younger, a mallard and smaller. I feed her multiple times a day I switch to nature's best organic duck feed last week. But had been giving her 20% chick feed with brewers yeast sprinkled over it for 2 wk. And 18% chick feed with brewers yeat for 1 wk. They also have pine bedding in their brooder and a heat plate instead of a heat lamp. I also have been putting their food in water for them daily until today when I thought I'd try it dry with a bowl of water on the side to see if that helped with her poop. I hope someone can help. Thank you

I would get some grit as already suggested and most definitely some BComplex, it has worked wonders on two of mine that needed it when they got weak and sickly. I hope yours gets well.
We had 'duck lucozade' on hand for our poorly ones - it was water, vit b complex, selenium and ace vits, a splodge of honey and a small amount of acv. 3 days on this and we usually saw some improvement or they died and I think that would have happened anyway (once I stopped crying obvs !). Hoping for the best for your babies :hugs
