What is your water source? If it's unfiltered well water high in iron, this could be the problem.

Even if you use tap water, local commercial activities could be contaminating the water.

The first thing I would do is use bottled water. Then I would put the chicks on an antibiotic.

Update! I finished out the corid, (which did not work except make their poop less runny). I finally got the toltrazuril in the mail and put them on it. It cured 99% of their symptoms. It's been several days off of it but now I'm seeing droopy tails again. I'm guessing it's just a really aggressive type of coccidia? Instructions say to do a 2nd dose, so I will be doing that soon. Hopefully the 2nd dose helps kick it again. But yes, toltrazuril definitely helped!
