Lethargic hen that puked on me

Hello,
I've got a three year old BO that is not feeling well.

The other day I noticed her just standing by the fence, not moving so I picked her up. When I did that, she puked up all over me. It was all water...no food that I could see. I held her upside down and massaged her crop a bit and quite a bit more fluid came out.

She seemed to go back to her normal self after a day but now she's droopy again.

I fed her some soft emergency baby bird food last night that she devoured...went through two servings. This morning she's much less interested in food. Her crop feels like a water balloon.

Any thoughts?

Also, she's not jumping...a sign of the lethargy. I have to pick her up and out of the run to free range and put her back in the coop at night. Poor thing tried to roost under the coop since she couldn't make it in.
