Lethargic hen, what should I check for?

I have a lethargic hen right now. She has been a bit more tired the past couple of days but today she’s falling asleep standing up. I thought she was maybe about to molt but today it seems concerning. I’ve checked for external parasites but do a lot for prevention and have yet to have a problem with them. No signs of internal either from droppings but I haven’t seen her poop for a bit. Since she’s not pooping, egg bound likely? She hasn’t laid in a couple of days but not abnormal. I have her inside with me right now, gave her an epsom salt soak and some liquid calcium. Crop isn’t too full, isn’t empty but makes sense for time of day. She’s eating and drinking water. What else can I check for or do? I’m getting nervous.

Well, took her to the vet and they haven’t called back with test results yet, but she’s since perked up and seems totally normal. No idea what happened but it was 3 days of extreme lethargy!
