Lethargic hen, white watery poop, not drinking and barely eating

Mine is the same way... it's a baby chick we got weeks ago. She has white and runny, liquid diarrhea. She isn't eating or drinking anything and is lethargic and she just stands still, all puffed up and sleeps. She snuggles underneath her other chick-friend for warmth and she's just doing nothing other than sleeping. She walks very slow, she doesn't even do her favourite thing, which is taking a bath and I am very worried for her. We don't have any vets in our area, and we can't afford their medications since they are very costly. Can someone please tell me what's wrong with her? and can someone prescribe me any home remedies or treatments for her? She was never like this, she was fine yesterday, running around, playing, eating and drinking. Please i don't want my baby to die.

Can you post some photos of her and her poop?
How old is she?
Where are you located in the world?
What does her crop feel like?

Being puffed up, not eating/drinking I would suspect that may be suffering from Coccidiosis. Treatment is usually with Corid (Amprolium) and is found in the cattle section of TSC or similar stores if you are in the US.

Even if you can't get the medications, I would work on getting her hydrated. Offer her water or a little sugar water - drops to beak to see if she will take it in. You can give yogurt or buttermilk along with white cooked rice to see if that will help as well.
