Lethargic hen with runny nose

One of my hens is acting lethargic and has a runny nose. She is not coughing, sneezing, wheezing, or gasping for air. She also has swollen eyes and stands with her eyes closed or rapidly blinking them. She doesn't want to move around, she has been standing in the same place for about 3 hours. Her stool is loose and runny and she's fluffed her feathers like she's cold. What could be wrong with her?

It sounds like she is suffering from a respiratory disease. Mycoplasma or MG can cause swollen eyelids, bubbles in an eye, and nasal drainage. She may need a little extra heat if she is cold. Have you added any new birds in the last couple of weeks? Tylosin is something you may want to try and get from a vet or here online:
