Lethargic Hen Yellow Diarrhea HELP!!

Hi all! I have a hen who is very lethargic and has yellow watery poop. I have removed her from the other chickens. I gave her water with probiotics. She’s not really eating. But now she just laid an egg that has the membrane but no shell so it’s squishy. I’m at a loss!! Any help would be appreciated, I don’t want to lose my Greta!!

Work on getting some fluids into her and give her Calcium. 1 Caltrate with D3 or 1 Tums.
She likely has another egg that needs to be expelled.
