Lethargic Hen

hi everyone I need some help. I have a bantam hen that’s about 6 months. She’s usually the most active and crazy out of all of them. Recently she started pooping a very bright white with a liquid consistency. She also seems very sad. We’ll open the door to let them out of their cage to roam and usually she is the first out. Now she just stands there not moving. She’s been eating fine though, pecking in the grass here and there. But she doesn’t move much though. Any ideas?? I’ve been raising chickens for about two years now, and have never had any of them sick. I’m not sure what to do.

Inspect her closely for lice/mites especially around the vent, and worm her with 1/2cc
Valbazen orally or 1cc Safeguard liquid goat wormer orally.
